We all agree that our mind is the most critical resource for us to grow. Our mind uses almost the same resource whether we are “Taking actions” for an activity where the mind coordinates with the body, or “Talking” about the activity where we explain it to others.
This brings out an interesting case:
- It’s always good to talk or write down about the activity before performing as this will help us to be ready for the actual action.
- In some scenarios taking action is better than talking because it almost uses the same energy.
- A lot of talks drain us because of so many simulations, so talk less and act more.
So decide which one to use and when? The old adage “talk less, act more” indeed gives us a clue.
